This is my third Toyota - but first time at Toyota of Boardman. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had. I found the vehicle I wanted online, Kevin verifed it was there, Jason ran all the financials with me and I drove down an hour took it for a test drive and took it home! Their followup was amazing, the process was fast and smooth, and the car I got is just what I wanted! 100% recommend them.

Love this dealership! 5/5 Stars!! (Jason A. Is the man!) This was our first time shopping for a Toyota. We were on the edge with a competitive brand and that fell through due to the terrible quality of the vehicle. We drove the 2021 Rav 4 and were blown away by how smooth and comfy the ride was! My wife is now driving a Rav 4 and she loves it! Jason A. was such an amazing help through the process. He is a very down to earth and very easy to talk to. We mainly spoke over text and through phone calls due to Covid but he got exactly what my wife wanted and for a reasonable price. I plan on getting a truck next year sometime and this is the dealership I will be going to! Thank you Toyota of Boardman for your help and patients during this process! You may have a forever Toyota owner after this experience.

I purchased a new Toyota here from Nick and have to say it was a very nice and more importantly hassle-free experience. He is very easy and upfront to deal with. Both he and the lady in finance stayed late to finish up the deal and never once mentioned it or acted rushed. Consider requesting this fellow directly if you’re looking to buy. It’ll be worth it.

I'm very pleased with the service department Toyota of Boardman. While a different dealer recommended a 900 repair of my exhaust system, the guys in Boardman referred me to a welder who fixed the problem for 120. Boardman also repaired my brakes for free, citing previous work that they had performed on my brakes, although I had no recollection of the previous brake work. And they never try to upsell me on additional work that I have not asked them to perform.
