Bought a used 2014 Toyota Highlander for my expecting wife, I was told the vehicle had no previous accidents which now I find out it had been involved in a wreck and repaired prior to purchase. The dealer had no carfax on the accident or repairs. Taking trade ins the dealer staff should be more than qualified to see paint and body repairs such as this. The rear hatch also gave me issues within a month of purchase. I asked my sales guy to resolve the issue. He never got back with me after claiming he would look into it. I recently got an estimate last friday for the rear hatch after the door quit working completely and slowly fell out of alignment more and more. 2,245.52 to repair. My body shop doesn't even want to touch the previous bodywork and paint because of the low quality body repair but that's not the main issue. The dealer is attempting to lie in public to cover this up. I now can not trade in my vehicle due to the rear hatch failure nor can I bring my 9 month old sons stroller anywhere. We will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I advise you to do the same. This dealership refuses to repair the issue and is claiming I never contacted James Case the salesman in charge of our purchase. It's easy to screw the little man when your a big time dealership, but it's even easier to take care of a customer's issue and right the wrongs you have done them. Unfortunately Toyota of Brookhaven fails to provide a quality product and an even worse customer service. You can buy Toyota's just about anywhere, so stay clear of here!!!
