I just bought a 2017 Highlander with 27,000 miles on it and I had the best experience. Tony Montazeri listened to what was important to me in a car, took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully, and made sure everything was top notch the day I picked it up! I'm loving my new car and have only positive things to say about Tony and Toyota of Warren!

I had the pleasure of working with Tony Montazeri when purchasing my new lease. Tony has great knowledge about the vehicles and is energetic and passionate when it comes to customer service. High highly recommend Tony when you choose Toyota of Warren.

Tony Montazeri made the process extremely simple. I had been dealing with a couple dealerships and getting the run around. Tony had the vehicle I wanted for the right price. All I had to do was come in and sign the paper work. It was definitely the best buying experience I ever had. I was blown away by ease of the whole process. I would highly recommend working with Tony!

My wife and I bought our first brand new car from them. We did our research and knew we wanted the minivan. After talking to the salesman, he said he would talk to the owner and probably give us a better deal than what they were asking. When we came back the next day, they said their original asking price is all they would take, not a penny less. We really liked the minivan so we agreed. However, we asked that they at least throw in a car starter (we bought the van for 41,605!). They agreed to a car starter at their cost. It has been over a month and still no car starter. The last time I talked to them, they said that they don't install car starters, they refer that work out and if I wanted a car starter I would have to pay full price. They reneged on their agreement and won't do anything about it. We bought a brand new 41,605 vehicle and they screwed us over on a car starter. They got their sale and that's all they wanted. It's a shame they're allowed to operate like that. There should be some standard of practice that holds dealers accountable for actions.
