If I could give a 0 I would. Last year our monthly bill for telephone service was 215. Now it has jumped to 430 for no reason other than they merged with a new company. That is ridiculous for phone service. I've been trying to switch over to Spectrum for over a month now and they keep blocking it and not releasing the lines saying a different excuse every time. This last time was because they didn't have an authorized signature which is bullshit because it was sent multiple times. Worst company ever.

It's been a nightmare with this company's service. The internet quality was very poor. And they could never fix it. Nobody I called really helped. Even I switched my office service package to ATT, they created a new account to continue charge me for the no longer there poor internet service. I called many times and nobody could fix it. They just keep sending me the bill for many more months and threat to send to collection. So ridiculous !!!
While I've not had any unusual problems with the actual service, mainly because it's been provided by AT&T and Time Warner, the service provided by their sales reps is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced in my 28 years in the IT industry. Good luck getting your sales rep to reply to your emails and phone calls.
