In the several times my family has used Trahan's we have been met with nothing other than warmth, kindness and a willingness to work with us. Steve is incredibly helpful and goes out of his way to make everything as easy as possible for the families in mourning that need to deal with the logistics of the deceased's death. The number of unique requests we've had were met with no hesitation. It really feels like family there. Prices are also reasonable.

This place is horrible. Always get everything in writing and get a receipt too. It’s unfortunate that these snakes prey on grieving families. My uncle passed away last month, his guardian Catholic Family Services, closed his account and provide Trahans with a check to pay for his services. We were told we had 1000.00 to plan his service. The check was actually for over 2000.00. The fellows at Trahan, specifically Mark, conveniently wrote up a non-signed contract after the services to match the amount of the check. My uncle still has burial expenses but we have zero money because of these thieves. Use caution when choosing this funeral home.
