Great experience, both times. First the big swing set and then the springless Trampoline. Jeremy took care of us, and the installation crews were in and out and on time. Their Customer Service is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

Hands down amazing! Not only the quality of the sets but the customer service. We went to the 2920 location and Jeremy was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable since there are so many options, he was kind and just around amazing! Then Jose and his partner came 10 days later to install the set and he was amazing! He was patient, kind and willing to move the set wherever it needed to go. Also the guys worked hard in the rain.. which was totally unexpected. We have been very pleased with our set and have had many kids already enjoy the amazing house of fun it provides.

I recently purchased a swing set from Tree Frogs and I am very satisfied with it, my kids love it and every chance they get they out there playing. The salesman was pleasant Jeremy took the time to explain with details every question we had, very knowledgeable about the product and great customer service. We bought a swing set a couple weeks before Christmas . John was our salesman and he was very helpful. We we're greatly surprised to have it delivered a werk before Christmas . They were here on a Sunday. The guys we're great that set it up. They really seem to enjoy their job! Everything was just as we ordered! Just wished we had gotten this a couple years ago! The great grandkids love it!
