We are a friendly group of modelers that enjoy sharing the excitement of flying remote controlled model aircraft and would like to share the adventure with you. Our club members are involved in a broad spectrum of RC aircraft. This ranges from vintage models, bi-planes, sport models, trainers, pattern planes, IMAC (International Miniature Aerobatic Club) to ¼ scale airplanes and larger, all powered by glow engines, gas engines and electric motors. History: Triad Aeromodelers Club started in the early 1990's. In 1995 the club was formalized into Triad Aeromodelers Inc., AMA Charter Club #3467 and purchased 18 acres of land north of Lexington, NC. In 2002 and 2006, adjacent land was purchased which now totals 31 acres.
