If I could leave -20 stars I would. I have been a member for a very long time. Over 15 years to be precise and I cannot believe the lack of customer service I receive from the call center. I can never get anything done that I need to. Can’t even get a small check hold released when I have allll of my loans and credit cards with them. It is really sad that they say they are all about helping their members but when members truly need their help there is none. They do not address my concerns just ignore them as if I never even said them. I used to work for this company and could never imagine giving the lack of service I get receive on a constant basis from them. Really and truly thinking of switching all of my things elsewhere even if interest if higher just to avoid this headache of never being able to get what I need done. I would recommend to NOT join this credit union if you value customer service. If you like to treated like garbage then this is the credit union for you.

Worst bank of all time. I highly suggest to find a different bank if you bank with MSGU. On 4 separate times I’ve made a deposit. My money never got deposited through the atm and it took days for them to give it back to me. Also at times they would take money out of my savings for no reason.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They set a daily spending limit, which I did not authorize, and shut down my account during the holiday shopping season! I stood at Costco with a cart full of groceries while talking on the phone trying to get them to lift the daily spending limit-they would not lift it. What an embarrassing event to stay on hold and argue with MSGCU employees for half of an hour while others are able to purchase their groceries. Let me be clear, I had sufficient funds, but they set a spending limit. How can you tell me that I can't use my money? If it's a security concern, I answered your litany of questions. To suspend someone's account when they have more than sufficient funds is wrong. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and switching banks.

The customer service from the reps at the desk is awful. You almost feel your bothering them with questions. They will have you waiting forever and pretend to use the phone so they look busy. I can’t do this anymore with them. I have a few accounts here and have had them for 15 years and now I feel I need to move them to a real bank.
