Living out of state and having to choose a florist online has ended in disappointment before. I decided to call TruBlooms because their website didn’t look sketchy;) I was so impressed by the customer service I received from George. I have NEVER had a florist to text message me with pictures & questions to make sure I was satisfied. The end product was absolutely stunning I was happy and my friend loved the flowers.

In sending my daughter flowers for her birthday, I wanted to find a local shop near where she lives rather than order online. Shopping local is so important in these times. I was lucky enough to call TruBlooms first. I spoke with George. He asked what I was thinking of for her. I said she likes peonies and roses, that I was looking for something pastel and super girly! Within an hour or two I was sent a picture of a small bouquet-it was perfect! Exactly what I wanted! This morning he made the full arrangement-sent me another picture for approval and then hand delivered the stunning arrangement to my daughter! I think he usually does big events and weddings, I am so thankful he was willing to think out of the box. I can’t thank him enough for doing this very small job that brought a lot of joy to my daughter! I would have given 10 STARS!

When I order flowers I am very specific, I like sophisticated elegant arrangements. I do not like garish colors, I prefer all white and green or intense jewel tones. My dear friend did me a tremendous favor during this intensely anxious virus time we are all experiencing. I google searched a florist that was open in her neighborhood and found Tru Blooms. I called and was fortunate to speak to the owner. He was so kind and professional and when it came to selection he only carries the best. He understood my desires immediately and within minutes sent me a photo of exactly what I wanted. Then he personally delivered the gorgeous bouquet to my friend. Terrific service! My only disappointment was that he is out of my area and I would like to get flowers delivered to my home from him. When I mentioned this he even offered to come to me! WOW!
George Seretis at TruBlooms is a master in the floral industry. I have worked with him in the past professionally in the event space where his work was impeccable. Now, working with him personally I say "WOW". Floral arrangements whether small or large, intricate or detailed, make a house or apartment pop and truly come alive. My abode is my sanctuary and George helps that happen - he is an expert at gorgeous flower , orchid or plant arrangements . Amazing quality of flower. The arrangements made by the florist are incredible. The attention to detail , the shape the color everything was SPOT ON. Highly recommended for flowers and special events!! Thank you so much guys.
I always have such a wonderful experience with Trublooms!! Such incredible service. I just get my blooms in, cut them and put them in water. The best part is — there is no mininum. They will even deliver just one piece! The flowers come in nicely packaged and well hydrated. I just got in these beautiful deep purple roses and I’m obsessed!! They look so beautiful in my apartment. THE BEST quality. I have never been disappointed and I cannot recommend them enough!!
