The TruEAR Hearing location in Buffalo Ridge, The Villages is a great company to work with, which I believe is because of Anthony, the hearing aid specialist and Nicole, who handles the front office. These two people have gone above and beyond in helping me. Anthony inherited me from another company that went out of business and it was the best thing that happened to me from a hearing aid point of view. He has gone out of his way to help me and is always available and willing to take his time to try and correct the sound quality of my hearing aids (my hearing loss is unique and rare). I thank them both greatly and am extremely happy with this TruEAR location!

I am extremely pleased with the TruEAR Hearing location in Buffalo Ridge, The Villages. My husband goes there and deals with Anthony, the hearing aid specialist and Nicole, who is in the front office. My husband had a sudden hearing loss and has had a tough time with hearing aids for over 2 years now. We have tried other hearing aid companies and none have been able to help him. Something happened a few months ago and we went to this TruEAR location. This was one of the best things that happened. Anthony has really tried to help my husband and is always willing to try to figure out if he can make things better for him. Nicole has even been willing to help with her voice to try to make the sounds in the hearing aids better. Between her voice, Anthony's and mine, we have a good mix of sounds for Anthony to work with. I am so glad for my husband that he found this location and I will not hesitate to go there when I need hearing aids.

Anthony did a great job in helping to pick out the correct hearing aids for me. He was extremely helpful in making the adjustments to make my hearing experience the very best. I highly recommend Anthony at Tru ear. His assistant, Nicole is also great!!

Anthony was excellent! I brought my hearing test from my ear doctor's office and he took the time to go over it and explained everything to me. He went over the different hearing aids and which one would help me the best! Did not try to up sell me to a more pricey model or into buying two when at this time only one is needed. The only negative was he had to call me and tell me the fun color I had picked was not available due to the manufacturer, SO NOT HIS FAULT, but a bummer! Another big plus is Nicole in the front office is also super nice!
