I went to Dr. Coates approximately a year ago - best trip I ever made to get my ears checked. I received hearing aids a couple of years ago and have not had a good experience with them. Dr. Coats checked my aids, got the serial number, found what y hearing was at the time I received them, checked my hearing and adjusted my aids and boy what a difference it has made. She is so thorough and helpful - everyone should go to see her if they have a hearing problem. - She and her staff are so profession and thorough. Thank you Dr. Coats for all you did for me. Dr. Coates gave me the most thorough hearing exam that I ever had. She explained all of the results clearly and in detail. Dr. Coates and her staff are pleasant and very friendly. Great experience at Dr. Coates office. The doctor and her staff were welcoming and kind. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Coates listened carefully to my mother's concerns and answered all questions in a way that my mother could understand. Corrections were made to her hearing aides and mom left the office hearing better than she has in years. Highly recommend Coates Hearing Clinic!

After doing much research, I chose Coates Hearing Clinic. Dr. Coates and her staff treat you as if you were family. Nothing is rushed and all options are thoroughly explained. Dr. Coates has available all the major brands. Some are better than others at certain types of hearing loss and she will recommend the one best suited for your situation. The prices seem very fair for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend Coates Hearing Clinic.
