I went to get an oil change for my truck and the employees were friendly and nice. I had maybe 4 people ahead of me but it didn't take but and hour maybe an hour and half. They had bottled water, donuts, coffee or other sodas if u needed anything. One of the guys that worked there let us all know we were welcome to get any of them if we wanted. Very nice and clean..

Was a gr8t experience being i was a first time buyer of a new Truck.
Jose was an excellent salesman and made the whole experience feel personalized and fulfilling. Beware of the financial office, they are friendlier than most dealerships but will still sell overpriced warranties. Remember to always say no ;) The reply below was to a previous comment I made, fortunately everything has been worked out.
My husband took his car, with the engine cover on and they did not return the car with his engine cover. Paid 3k for services and they stole a 380 piece of equipment. Definitely calling in my unit to blacklist this establishment from military customers since they like to steal from veterans.
Turner Chevrolet really blessed us with an awesome vehicle.
