This thing is an eyesore. Horrendous. If Tysons wants to be a city of the future this thing needs to be relocated

I remember growing up in Vienna, (1962 - 1978) and seeing this tower from miles away. As Tysons Corner changed over the years at least one landmark remained and that's the TCC tower. I remember how beautiful Tysons Corner was back in the day when where the mall is now was an apple orchard with rolling hills, barns and silos, and I think the only concrete structure that existed back then was Brown's Market. Both 123 and Rt. 7 were 2 lane roads. Gosh I miss those days. I came back to visit my grandparents, back in 1982 when they were still living, and I could hardly recognize Tyson's Corner after only being gone for 4 years. Just by the way that area of Va. looks now on Google maps I don't think I will be back any time soon. Nothing stays the same - too bad.
Awesome tower! filled with comms gear for all of our favorite 3 letter federal agencies! EVERYTHING about it is classified....so DON'T ask!
