The overall experience has been amazing!! I signed up with a large goal and put a 6 month plan in-place with the Manager and Doctor. In exactly half the time I’ve lost exactly half the weight which means I am exactly on schedule!! I couldn’t be more satisfied with my results, the consultations, and the support of the entire staff. The Office Manager, Aimee is extremely responsive to All needs (financial and administrative/logistical assistance), and truly goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction in all areas. I’ve felt so comfortable discussing my expectations and my limitations and the staff has been accommodating in all instances (financially and medically)! I truly believe this practice embraces a more family like culture making it clear they are just as much invested and committed as I am, which truly separates them from other mainstream/commercial weight loss facilities. I would recommend Persona to everyone! You can’t be disappointed if you follow the plan, so it’s worth every penny which thanks to Aimees’ customized planning, does not equate to much when you factor in the objective and the results!

This is the second time I have scheduled an appointment online, only to find out they cannot honor that appointment. Both times, I have been told their website does not have their current availability. If that is the case, then why do they even have that option?
Exceptional staff, very professional receptionist and the staff genuinely wants you to win without pressure, the program is well outlined and designed for all shapes and sizes, I was referred by my outstanding Physician and was absolutely floored by the office and the dedicated staff on educating me with their healthy weight loss program. They along with the remaining elite staff are all outstanding. The program really works, I'm losing pounds and I look fabulous.
I already feel 100% compared to when I started. The information you receive from them seems so simple, but it really helps you learn all this basic to make that change to your life. The recipes for dinners are a life saver and my family hasn’t complained about their new healthier their dinners once. Who knew it was as easy as this?
