U-Stor has been amazing since we've been using them for the last two years. They are always super friendly and very helpful! The place is always clean and we have never had any issues with bugs or rodents. I feel like our stuff is very safe because of the alarms and cameras. For the security features and the onsite staff the price is well worth it! Crystal in the office is always amazing and cheerful when you call or go in to pay, as well. It's nice to have people who are friendly and caring in the office.

Even I rented here for just a few months, my experience was really great, I know is just an storage but, since day one, it was clean and bug’s free, the best example would be when I got there the day after a huge storm and everything inside was dry as a rock, not a single drop or nothing. Crystal and her daughter are always willing to help and both with a full-faced smile, they’ll go through everything so you don’t have any issues, and no matter what, a cold water and a tasty snack is waiting for you out of their hands.

LOVE this storage facility! Great staff and good area. I love that this is 24 hour access and it is secure and very quiet! I have accidentally set my own alarm off and every time the on-site management comes to make sure everything is ok. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Justin was very welcoming to us as soon as we walked through the office door. The porperty is nice and clean. Alarmed storages with 24 hour access! I would recommend anyone who needs a storage to stop by UStor Trinity Mills!
