5th time our code hasn’t worked to get in to get RV or take it back. Multiple calls to owner who just says call back to office manager tomorrow. She works 5 hrs a day since they are on a wait list they dont need to have office hours according to the owner. Unable to leave out of town tonight went to get trailer and still can’t get into storage. No emergency number no way to do anything but sit and wait for someone to either return call or open with there every changing business hours. Who operates a business and doesn’t have an after hour emergency number for a storage yard with an owner who lives on the property? Horrible customer service and the office manager is rude and lacks customer service and clearly isn’t doing her job. There is also no water for dump station and they think it’s totally ok if using the right chemicals u don’t need water. Not worth the inconvenience literally have to go to my parents storage to dump our trailer than to ours to park it. Total waste of time.

Very nice facility and lady on desk was very friendly and helpful. We were just able to find another facility that met our needs better and closer to I ur home. Would recommend facility.

This is a brand spanking new place which is very nice to store your boat or RV. Do not pay a year in advance if your not 100% sure you will be staying. I did and ended up selling my RV, I then gave a months notice to vacate and was advised I would not be refunded anything per the contract. If it’s in the contract which I can’t find, then that was my mistake, but it’s just not good business since they get to double dip and I gave notice. The owner Kent was not very helpful from the first day, I met him and he is always very unorganized. My wife warned me to stay away, but the brand new facility caught my eye despite his scrap book of guaranteeing my spot prior to opening. You can pay extra for electric which is “borrowed by others” or just not on as it should be. Be careful and read the contract thoroughly before signing here. Sign for month to month and you should be fine.
