Unity Church of Overland Park is so welcoming and makes you feel immediately comfortable. The messages are always positive, and the music is contemporary, yet mellow, and soul-stirring. I love how the teach and honor the children - a light and hope of our congregation. So many fresh things going on. It is a growthful place to be.

Every Sunday I feel like I am coming home! People are lovingly greeted and accepted just as they are. This New Thought community is open wide with ideas and innovative ways to serve ourselves and the community, making this world a better place to live for generations to come. The Youth program is packed with creative ways to explore the teachings of our brother and Way Shower, Jesus. Transformation through Love happens here...just like coming home!
Very accepting and welcoming. I would recommend this church for people who believe in God but aren’t believers in sinning or one omnipotent god. Here they believe that the light of god is in everything and everyone. Very community driven and often hosts fun events suitable for all ages.
I came to UCOP back in 2000 at a time in my life when I felt like something was missing for me and my family. Personally, I had managed to steer clear of regular church attendance because I couldn't find a place that felt like home. We felt welcomed on that first day and have continued to feel supported, valued and loved for nearly 20 years. My life has been so enriched by the many lasting friendships I have made with my church family.
This is my Home Church and will Always be. I have met many wonderful and Amazing people. I have also been introduced to community circles and classes that I would not have found on my own. Thank You Unity Church of Overland Park.
