I am being nice and giving them one star. Went in to get a alignment in my car spent almost 175 that included in oil change too. Went home husband drove the car they did not align it had to go back then they finally did it right, and rotated my tires which they did not do in the beginning. Altogether spent three hours of my day there. Will Definitely never ever go to university Kia again

Stay away from Kia vehicles.. They’re refusing to give me a loaner or rental AFTER they have determined my car is qualified for the engine recall. My engine is knocking and has to be replaced. They keep putting me a the run around and the Kia Consumer Affair can’t get Kia University on the phone but I can. Telling me to pay for my own rental and they’ll reimburse me. I don’t have the funds for a rental at the moment due to the coronavirus putting me in a bind. Especially for a situation y’all vehicle put me in. I keep my vehicles well maintained and kept up. My engine seized and through a rod because of a motor they sold. I shouldn’t be going through this. Since there’s a recall on Kia engines handling this situation should be a routine by now or have y’all mastered how to BS people.

Liars. They sold me a car with 11,000 miles on it with a replaced transmission and decided not to tell me. This should have been disclosed from the beginning but they never said a word about it. The car is still being worked on. They have had the car longer than I’ve owned it. Worse customer service ever. Every time you call, they just transfer you through 5 different people and always claim they will call you back which is also a lie. You can’t get anything done unless you go up there personally and even then no one knows what the hell they are doing.

KIA of huntsville is a Scammer We received yesterday their mail piece containing their autolotto game. My daughter scratched the numbers and was so happy to discover the winning numbers among the series of numbers. I took her today to University KIA and there was the big disappointment. Her number matched \other numbers\ on their board, so the prize should have been a Two Dollars Bill. It would have been so exciting getting a bill that no longer used, a treasure. But their game is a big fat scam, they handed my daughter two coins each one worth a Dollar.
