Had a fantastic experience with the staff here! Dr. Ellis’ bedside manner could not be beat. He was patient, thoroughly explained the situation and our options, made sure we were as informed as possible, and helped us find the best solution for our situation. The nurses, Abby and Kady, were nice, thoughtful, and patient. They were readily available and worked really hard to accommodate our needs.

HOW MUCH ? I went in for a routine diabetic consultation. Before hand I called to find out how much it would cost. They simply would not tell me. I called another U of M facility and was told 150 to 300. Upon arrival I asked again how much? They would not give me a quote. I got the bill for over 1,400 ! Wow! I checked around again. Nobody charges that amount anywhere. After all this was just a high school level consultation about the basics of diabetes! After 10 painful months I had the bill reduced. Still triple what it should cost. Everyone said that is what they charge. I had the Attorney General look into the bill. Next time I'll watch a video on You Tube. Be careful.

Let me start by saying my daughter and I had a wonderful experience in labor and delivery. Her midwife Jessica was awesome! Lab tech Kay is a great humorous soul with an incredibly welcoming kind smile. Nurse Tara knows her job and does it to perfection. But the stand out goes to nurse Stephanie. This hospital has a gem in this woman. She was absolutely amazing with my daughter. Kind. Knowledgeable. Explained everything going on. Answered any questions with knowledge and some humor. She is incredibly passionate about her job. Its her wheelhouse and you can tell she loves it. I could not be more happy with my daughters first experience with her first child. There needs to be more Stephanie's in this field. I can only imagine what type of person she is outside of this scenario and I'm sure she is beautiful. So I say thank you to the labor and delivery unit. Not one soul there was anything other than kind with smiles and humor. And made my daughter completely at ease. As a parent I couldn't of asked for anything more!

I'm happy to say that my experience at Easton's hospital was absolutely wonderful. I just had hip replacement surgery 2 days ago. The staff were all courteous & kind. I received help I didn't even think to ask for. From checking in at the reception desk until I was discharged & assisted to my car ride home, I received the best care from each person involved. I can't say enough good things about the doctors, nurses, techs, therapists & dietary staff. I thank them all for a very comforting stay.

One has to wonder if their board reads these reviews, because the overwhelming negatives point to a blatant disregard for the conditions in this hospital. Unfortunately we did not have time to go to Anne Arundel because my wife was in distress. However now (4 1/2 hours later) with no care in sight I am pretty close to bundling her up and heading to Annapolis. I believe with all my heart that no matter my condition I will not return here . Pack me in ice and take me to AA, a real hospital .
