My time at Anderson communities has been amazing. Anything that I need is just and email or walk to the front office and is quickly dealt with. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at an apartment. The staff is so nice and easy to talk to!!

My time at university village has been nothing short of amazing. The maintenance staff is very timely and nice. The office staff are always there to answer any questions I have and to help with anything I need. Since living here, I have not had anything break or need to be replaced, like I had to every week at my old apartment. All of the amenities are great here and I would definitely recommend University Village Apartments to anyone looking for a place for next school year. Not to mention they are pet friendly which is great considering not all apartments are.

I moved into University Village in Fall 2019 and have had a pretty great experience. I'm so thankful to the staff for making my first off-campus living situation so pleasant. Haley has been a much friendlier property manager than her predecessor and allowed us to switch units mid lease. Chesley answers my messages extremely promptly and knows all the ins & outs. Blair has gone out of her way to make this a fun community. Eddie is always there to offer a smile and a helping hand. Not to mention, its pet friendly and my corgi, Truman, really loves it here too!

I love living at University Village. The office workers are great, especially Eddie! He is always so friendly and will brighten your day. Maintenance always comes quickly if you need something fixed. Also there is a great courtyard area that is great for dogs. I highly recommend living here.

Hey there future residents. I wanted to say my overall experience with Anderson Communities has been positive so far. Community is safe and quiet. Always have parking lots available and people in the leasing office, most of them, are very nice. I really wanted to highlight about about maintenance. The maintenance here in Anderson Communities is so much faster and better than my original apartment back in Atlanta. There was time when we called at night and someone stopped by just within 10 min. Today my oven and stove were broken entirely.I thought I won't be able to cook for days lol. But Rommel, one of our maintenance staff, went back and forth at least three times and fixed this issue very timely. At first we thought that only little part of the oven needed to be replaced, but after further \diagnosis\, he concluded that we need to replace the entire oven and stove set. It's cold out there and the oven/stove is huge. Plus it's holiday! I just really wanted to write something to express my appreciation for Rommel's awesome service. Thanks a lot!
