Probably the worst experience I've ever had hiring anyone. I got ripped off by this horrible company. I hired them to clean my bosses couches and they quoted me 125 for two medium couches over the phone. On the day of the service, I had to call out of work due to an intense reaction to the covid vaccine. They showed up, performed the service, then charged my boss upwards of 600. My boss was not happy with me for hiring such a terrible company that lied and ripped us off. Not to mention, this wasn't even the day they were originally scheduled. Initially, they didn't show up for the scheduled time so I called to confirm and they said their technicians were on the way but guess who never showed up? Called again and they said I was on the schedule for about 5 hours later that day which is not what I was told when making or confirming the appointment. I had to move the appt to another day altogether. Don't use this service.

An absolute scam. 640 to steam and deep clean 2 three seat sofas (and scotch guard one of them) and clean a few spots on a basement carpet. The "quote" was 175-185. Once Daniel arrived he began sharing a variety of cleaning options (beyond the basic steam cleaning) that he recommended based on the nature of the stains & suddenly the cost rose to approx 300 per couch. When asked "why" it'd be so expensive Daniel suggested that it's because the cleaning chemicals are so expensive (obviously a massive exaggeration / lie). When I asked if he owned the company he mumbled something incomprehensible. And, rather than paying the company itself he asked to be paid via Zelle to his personal account. He arrived in an un-branded mini-van which is odd. And to top it off, he left all sorts of wheel marks on our hardwood floors and stairs. Please avoid this "service" at all costs - as you'll see with one look at their website, they're a total scam.

I scheduled an appointment to get my L shaped couch cleaned and was quoted 79 for a steam and shampoo. I confirmed three times on the phone because that’s the lowest price I’ve heard and they assured me that’s what I was getting. When the cleaner arrived (an hour late), immediately he told me that even just a steam is 89, and that to shampoo as well would cost me at least 200. When I called back, they told me I must’ve misunderstood and to figure it out directly with the cleaner because they’re no longer involved. and the cleaner told me that the 89 service was pointless and my couch would look no different at the end. He was right, it looked no difference and I feel that the company led me astray. If they were honest on the phone, I could’ve been prepared or continued to shop around. Rather, they sent a cleaner to my house and left it to us to figure out the details they should’ve sorted long before scheduling an appointment. I do not recommend this business as it is unprofessional and dishonest.

Great guy! Hired for a simple stairway and living room carpet clean up. Efficient and thorough for the job we gave him. His pricing is super fair as well. They take pride in their work and business. I will gladly have clean my carpet again. Super lovely.

Very impressed with the service and outcome ...my carpet was left clean after one try... the owner was on time and explained everything... and he quoted me the exact price over the phone and did not change the price on me after their service.
