(This was all done over the phone) My mom is Korean and speaks good English, but like many...has a hard time explaining things in detail. The customer service at DY Imports was very knowledgeable about the item that my mom was having problems with, and a relay switch was ordered. Me; not knowing how to read Korean was able to install the relay just with the easy step-by-step photos. Highly recommended!!! Thank you so much for making this a good experience.

Good folks. I delivered there once. Were very quick even though all docks had a truck. Normally busy around 6-7 in the Morning but are Quick. 3-4 truck can park front of the gate if early. Not sure if they close gate during night as I went there about 6:30.
They are good went there around 4:30 am they open at 5 am unload it so quick
