Wow the worst customer service ever. I mean they are just Intentionally rude. Talk to you like you are a kid, just disrespectful every time we shop here. i back up parts every day, from different place or order online. Customer service its really bad never ever see like that!

One of the worst customer service I have ever had. All their staff members are very rude and unresponsive. Everytime I go there, have to wait for a while just to get the part. Don't recommend this location. Regional manager should take note of this.
Helpful, professional customer service when we called with our parts order, pulled the order quickly, and all but one (less important) part was in stock. Happy with this supplier!
This is the main warehouse and the headquarter of tribles , it doesn't make any sense that the big boss will be sitting there not checking the big mess that is happening next door . Get off your desk and please go check in those workers and listen and read your customers reviews, today tribles is the only appliance parts suppliers that has stores in the metropolitan area but this is not going to last for ever. One day a new competitor will show up and you guys will see your real value. I am not dealing with this branch anymore. I like the Rockville one , at least they listen and try to help.
Can't go in right now, but can call them to get the part you need. They bring to the front door and let you know it's there.
Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I spoke with 3 different people on the phone, all were not only unpleasant, but seemed to go out or their way to be difficult and rude. I own a business, and If any of my employees treated our customer the way I was treated today, I would fire them on the spot. I am so disgusted by these people that I will never do business with them again and I encourage you not to as well.

Extremely well run business.! Very helpful staff, especially the lady that runs the showroom. I called for a part and they had it waiting for me when I got to the store. Old fashioned values and service. I will be doing business at Tribles again!
