Jess was amazing! We bought a super awesome, high quality set and her installers really knew their business. She spent the time emailing me pictures and walking us through options so we got exactly what we wanted. She checked in throughout the installation day and then afterwards as well. Very passionate about serving their customers! After one year, we asked Bergen County Swing Sets to stain our playground and they did a marvelous job. The wood had time to cure and the set is now protected from the elements. They used the official manufacturer stain where needed and a clear transparent stain on the rest. It's uniform and clean.
Harry at Bergen County Swing Sets is a class act and provides fantastic service and a great product. We were going to get an in ground basketball hoop but when his guys came out to dig the post we discovered a water table a few feet down. Rather than install the hoop anyway, Harry recommended an above ground hoop, had shipping expedited to arrive for my son's birthday, and the product was top notch. If you want a swing set or basketball hoop don't even think of going anywhere else.
