I've never eaten this food. One of your delivery drivers blocked my mail van and a paying customer at wyandotte bbq. He was rude and acted like my time wasn't as valuable as his. Tell your drivers to learn how to drive better.

Awful delivery. Admittedly they do arrive early and always key drop however they do not listen or delivery truck correctly. We've given instructions on how we need our product placed and they do not listen. They place boxes on our fry racks and then place all boxes of fries on the floor all the way up to the door, instead of placing the fries in the needed place, and then leaving the other product on the floor as it should be. Due to the size of our walk-in freezer this requires me to either downstack the fries out of the way or climb over the stacks, to move the other product off of the fry racks, to the other side of the walk-in, then stack the fries properly, and then put the other product up. As the fry placement on the floor prevents me from directly putting up the other product. They also put all dry goods in the main walkway straight to the door and prevent any carts or other people who go in and out to easily manuveur around the store. There is plenty of open space not 10ft further into the store availible to place product that would prevent all issues. At a point they over filled the walk-in fridge and shoved a cart into it and upon opening the fridge a stack of boxes with meet in them fell over and pushed the cart out jamming it into the doorway. My daughter used to have this food everyday. She didn't like it too much, albeit she was in prison.
Worked for them for over 20 years.
Been here several times.Be ready to wait for at least 6 hours plus.Takes a lot of time to unload. Checked in at 6am and it’s 12 noon.Still getting unloaded.Had a 6am appointment.Rediculous!!!!
