Said it was ready had three other stops I could have been at. 4 hours later I get two orders with a 3 pallet and 20 bags of another variety ask about it and he's ya they know how load it.like I'm not suppose question if they are even aware of extra bags.

Worst experience. They were trying to load the truck to the max. They were told it was overweight and did not care. Had to get a scale ticket and go back and get rid of some pallets. Then they charge a fee to re arrange the pallets. They charged me 240 for all the pallets even though they only had to move 2. Bunch of rip offs. They had the nerve to laugh about it, wasted my whole day. Make sure they load you right!

Check in at 12pm, lady taking the papers laugh and said won’t be loaded any time soon. I have a team so I waited. I got loaded at 8pm I was over weight let them know but did not cared. Had to go get a scale ticket and go back. Was out at 11pm. Pain in the ass. They know what they’re doing, places like this is why the government should be looking at them and not drivers. Shippers are the worst!
