I’m grateful that the provider caters to HMO visits and urgent care simultaneously but the clinic is very dirty. The foot stool on the bed for exams is filthy in the crevices, which you can easily see when sitting on the chair. Concerning that I went for a rash (known covid symptom) and when I left the room they roomed another patient right after me without cleaning it. I was just outside the door... they tore the exam bed sheet but didn’t clean the bed or chair with solution. In the beginning, the gal at the front desk must have been new but she was insisting my copay was 70 rather than 30 despite looking at my newly received and dated insurance card and presumably checking my insurance online live. A seasoned employee stepped in upon my request and identified the discrepancy. I recommend customer service being prioritized to minimize patient concern and reduce error. They also asked me my weight and height instead of checking it which I’m not sure if that’s mandatory but seems like good form. The blonde gentleman that triaged me was very personable and nice, and the highlight of the visit due to his customer service skills.

Dr Cho is very experienced and she is a great Dr. This is the best Urgent Care office I have ever been to. Very efficient, great office staff and excellent doctor. Highly recomended.

They are the only place we could find with availability in our area to get flight clearance for HI / booking was easy on-line / they process you in an organized fashion and are friendly and professional. It’s a small waiting room filled with people and expect delays as they are quite busy. They are also quiet proactive about addressing billing for you even if out for network. Certainly would recommend for getting a required COVID test.

The office staff was very helpful in getting me in even though the office was very full. Dr. Cho is excellent, she gave me good care & the referral that I need. I met her through studio city urgent care but because I appreciated her care so much I have chosen her as my primary care doctor as well.
