we sell hundreds of appliances, Happy people don't write reviews , only the few customers who had something go wrong and it happens , trucks break down , people get sick or have family members pass away so there not there . and some people are just unhappy no matter what you do for them. We do the best we can , there are hundreds of happy people out there that feel they got a good deal. but there not the ones who want to rant about it . so for the most part that's all your going to see in these places like yelp but to those of you who do say nice things thank you we do stand by our warranty.

The staff is very friendly, and they have great prices. The whole store smelled like pee though, so we did not end up buying a fridge here. Just make sure if you come here, you get a clean fridge. I didn't feel comfortable buying a fridge here when it smelled so bad :/
I came in to buy a fridge washer and dryer I found a fridge I liked but no washer and dryer that was worth spending. I paid 1000 cash oh he charged me 90 for tax when I did him the favor and paid cash... He told me they would deliver and "hook up"... I'm thinking when he says hook up that includes the water and ice maker. I mean anyone can plug a fridge into the wall. The fridge gets here and they place it and tell me in an hour plug it in.. cool. Water not working I found out they didn't bring the hose or install it. Fine I went to Home Depot found out what I needed and did it myself. It still doesn't work I call to let him know he has an attitude and replies did you read the warranty? No you gave me a receipt and said "sign the receipt" Never mentioned a warranty never mentioned they don't guarantee water dispensers or ice makes so why even sell those type of refrigerators for 1000!!!!!! That don't work? I've shopped at many second hand stores and they make it clear before a purchase this man just wanted to sell me stuff so bad pressuring me to buy miss matched washer/dryer or ones that looked super refurbished and broke down should have known then not to purchase anything!!! NEVER AGAIN. And none of you should even waste your time or consider!!!! Go to KIMOS APPLIANCES instead that's where I found my washer and dryer it's in van Nuys the guys are real cool there and most importantly HONEST!!!
This is by far the WORST service experience I've ever had. The purchase was made over the phone. We asked for a small electric stove for a small apartment. A model was suggested that fit our size requirement. Little did we know that this model wasn't compatible with a household outlet. That detail wasn't mentioned at all during the sale. There was also zero mention of the no refund policy. The delivery was 2 days late because the driver "went AWOL" according to whoever answered the phone that day. Once the appliance arrived, I discovered that we couldn't use it. My attempt to speak with the owner, Randy, was met with rudeness and profanity before being hung up on. This place is a disgrace and huge joke. Save your money, time, and sanity. Randy, you and your sham of a business are pitiful and disgusting.
Do not buy anything from here, the costumers service is suck. I purchased a refrigerator and they delivered it and charged me 40 delivery fee. But soon when they left I found the refrigerator do not work. And I call to ask for exchange but the guy kept hanging up the phone. Although sometimes he picked up and told me the time he will come, he never kept his promise. I have waited a week and still got nothing service.
The arrogance of the buyer is unreal. I came in to try and sell a 9 year old Kenmore 500 series gas dryer. Now before ever coming to the store I did some research and called pretending to be a buying customer. Told them that I needed a gas dryer and what is their price range. At this time I was told that their cheapest dryer is 175. So when the buyer asked me what I wanted for it I responded 75 ,figuring that was very fair, leaving them a MINIMUM of a 100 profit, keep in mind this dryer is in GREAT shape and worth a lot more. After telling him what I wanted he just said "THEN GET IN YOUR TRUCK AND LEAVE". Talk about total disrespect. Still wanting to be fair and business like, I asked him what he would give for it. His response in as follows " 20 tops, the Damn thing is 35 years old and probably won't work". WHAT A PUNK After leaving this rats nest, which by the way is missing several ceiling pieces so their merchandise is getting rained on. Probably why nothing works right. I placed an ad in Craig's list and within an hour and a half I got a very satisfied buyer who I gladly delivered and installed for them, even stuck around to verified that it works good. The same unit that they offered 20 on I quickly got 135. Thanks to Van Nuys Appliances complete disrespect for your customers, I MADE MONEY... NOT YOU. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST
Misdiagnosed washer repair after charging us 280 to replace a 35 pump. Said he got it to drain and was fixed. After cleaning up the water and dirt that he left behind, threw the dirty towels in the"fixed" washer only to have it do the same problem of not draining. Said it's a new issue "timer" . Was supposed to come last night to fix again, but instead got a call from the office saying that he's decided it's not worth it to fix. Only good thing is they said they would void the check. What a nightmare!
LG freezer only lasted 6 months then broke. It was very dirtly inside when they delivered it with old crusted food. They also were 4 hours late delivering it so I had to miss the whold day at work .
