This is NOT your typical snobby/hipster/sterile salon!!!! I was so pleased with my first visit to Venus Hair. All the ladies were so warm and friendly, with genuine personalities that made me feel really at home. As a small town girl-- I really missed feeling that way and I haven't felt that in so many years while living here in Houston. This salon is not just historic and funky, it's also filled with professionals who have decades' worth of experience. It's a very clean salon too! Becky did a really great job turning my faded blue-green hair back to a more natural red that looked good with my roots. When my husband saw it he gasped with surprise at how pretty it turned out! Also, I am SUPER tender headed due to a head injury. I didn't even tell Becky that-- she was so naturally gentle! So many stylists will pull and rip at your hair. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you so much to the ladies at Venus Hair for the great new hairdo and the pleasant afternoon! \u003c3
Scheduled appointment for hair color and was to be charged 50.00 when spoke with Becky.! ! I was charged 100.00 instead for a tonor & a.trim,. No highlight just a toner applied. !! I was not satisfied at all for the services given!! dollars instead if59.00. toner application no foil highlight as ßaid she did. She applied no bleach as stated. I was overcharged by 59.00
