Officer loce was the most unprofessional officer I have ever dealt with. Not only that, the chief was so rude to me when I tried to complain about an altercation that happened at my apartment complex. Why is it that people can get away with abusing their animals, and then get the animals given back to them because it is \their property\? Then, the cops go and stand up for them even when they threaten me for bringing it to their attention? I have never been a supporter for corruption in the police force where they are more concerned with standing up for one another then they are actually making sure each other are doing good work, but I definitely am now. Our town will never thrive with police like this.

I did a ride along with this department and they are all very nice people. Officer Flanigan and Officer Toce are very helpful when answering questions and are very kind and respectful. Always waving high or asking people how their day is. The only reason people don’t like cops is because they’re doing and their job and people don’t like that they’re just enforcing the law.

i would not trust anyone that works for the vernon police and i would never call them if there was a problem, like other comments they do over-step their boundaries, they lie through their teeth and its sickening what they get away with. they are also very quick to slap a label on innocent people.
