My dad's lift recliner broke a few weeks ago. It's under warranty but there's no rush to repair or replace it. Mobility Central rents similar chairs & delivers them. I called yesterday & they delivered it the same day! Terry was awesome bringing it in & setting it up. Much better than 7-10 weeks waiting on manufacturer warranty. If you are in the market to purchase a lift recliner, I recommend mobility central over Ashley Furniture.
Charged 25% restocking fee on chair that was ordered for me but not delivered.

I have not purchased from this company, but contacted them on behalf of someone else. I spoke with Loretta and she left a lasting impression on me. She went beyond what I was expecting by contacting the manufacturer to make sure we were doing everything possible to resolve the problem. Unfortunately that did not pan out, but she made helpful suggestions that I am working on to remedy the situation. Thank you so much Loretta. I will let you know if it works.
