Our business went with Vested a couple of months ago so that the phone could continue to be answered while we are working remotely. The customer service Vested offers is exceptional. These guys go above and beyond to answer our questions and guide us as we get to know the new phone system. I highly recommend Vested if you want good customer service. The only reason I did not give it a 5-star is because we have had a few issues with the mobile app working on my IPhone. Otherwise, the phones are great and as I've already said, you will not find better customer service anywhere.

We made the switch to Vested Networks a couple of weeks ago and so far it has been a great decision. Zeb was awesome to work with, he came in and went over the whole process with us and the transition went as smoothly as he said it would. The Installers were great, we experienced zero downtime and the system works perfectly. Their prices are extremely competitive and customer service is outstanding! Switching to Vested Networks was the best decision that we have made! Our transition from our other phone system went very smooth and we made the switch during our busiest time of year. Brittany is awesome. We had a unique situation with a couple of numbers that needed to port very quickly and she made it happen. Evan and all the Tech Support guys are so great and easy to work with. I would strongly recommend Vested Networks to anyone.

Great service from these guys!!! We had a real old phone system and it broke down. Josh took time to figure out how to restore the system and came to our office multiple times to ensure our problems were completely fixed. Highly recommended!!!
