The staff here are phenomenal. We recently had to put our beloved Lucy down. I can't say enough about how caring and sensitive the staff members were about the situation. They gave us keepsakes such as a paw print, and today we received a sweet card from them in the mail. I 100000% would recommend this practice and if we ever get another dog we will be bringing him/her here.

If there was a word to describe and encompass the quality, professionalism, knowledge, and overall care that is provided at the Veterinary Care Group it would be: \Phenomenal\. We had a prior incident at a Vet ER that left us a tad traumatized and upset in regards to our beloved 8.5yr old cat Jackson. From the moment my husband and I decided to do a follow up appt with this facility, I knew we were in great hands. The Staff here are extremely tentative and assured us that our boy would be well taken care of, especially during this time in dealing with COVID-19. We managed to meet with Dr. Costa and discussed a meal plan that was ideal for Jacksons digestion, as well as the proper medication and dose to treat his Heart Failure. Dr. Costa was so thorough and informative, in answering all of our questions and concerns. He provided us comfort, telling us in the moment that Jackson was not feeling any pain or discomfort. Although we are fully aware of his condition and the possible outcomes with/without medication. It was reassuring to know that we were doing the right thing in getting Jackson treatment at the Veterinary Care Group. Overall we are very happy, and will advise Family & Friends to take their pets here for optimal quality care.
