They are amazing, from the receptionists, techs, nurses and the amazing doctor. They take such care of their patients. My 74 lbs pit wasn't feeling well and thought he had eaten a foreign object. He is very very shy and very scared of people he doesn't recognize, not aggressive but definitely will hide, and even vomit of how nervous he gets. They were able to take care of him, made him feel comfortable when very easily could've said nope we won't treat him. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had a really great experience. The staff was super friendly and the prices are affordable. They laid out everything in advance and let me know what was necessary and what was recommended. They did not make me feel pressured to choose anything, but educated me on what was involved. She had some issues staying still when they tried to take blood, and they had to poke her a few times. They were so patient and gentle and showed real empathy for what my baby was going through. They took very good care of my Molly and I will definitely visit again.

I was supposed to go with my cat on Wednesday, scheduled Monday, but on Tuesday, I realized my cat wasn’t going to make it. First off, they didn’t pick up the phone while I was at my house trying to see if they can take emergency visits like this. Second, when i drive 20 mins away to get there, the door is locked. I call the office and then they pick up only because I am standing right outside. The lady picks up and i tell her what’s wrong and she refers me to union city. Still, door is lock. On the way to union city, my cat dies. I call them after she dies to tell them that the appointment for Wednesday is canceled because my cat died, the lady at the front desk says, “ok thank you bye”. How rude. I will never go back nor will I refer someone to go there.
