I would give this dealership a zero if I could! Me and my husband just got home and wasted 3 hrs of our day. We drove 1.5 hours from Augusta to look at a Ford Escape that was exactly what I wanted. I called at 2:45 and spoke to Destinee and she checked and the vehicle was available and there. We were leaving at were scheduled to get there at 4:30. I txted her when we were 40 MINUTES AWAY she replied yes mam. So when we got there she tells us that my vehicle sold 20 mins ago! But she has three other vehicles to show me that we’re not the model I wanted. Then preceded to call me multiple times after we left. Don’t waste my time when I had money in hand! Be courteous and call when it is happening.

Messaged this morning at 7:30 they messaged back and said they would have someone to send me pics of the car I was interested in because they only had Google pics up for the ad, with that being said I got two phone calls, a text message and five emails 13 hours later still no pics of the car.i guess since I didn't come in like they wanted me to I wasn't important enough for one of them to walk outside and take 10 minutes to take some pics and send to me, First time I ever contacted them about a car and will be my last.
