CLOSED. This was a great place to get quality supplies but they have closed. No longer in business.

We drove 2 hours to pick up 4 bee packages. There were no signs saying, \Pick-Up Here\ so we went inside. The atmosphere in the shop was unpleasant. One male employee was nice and tried to assist us (we needed to buy an inner cover and 2 screw-on gallon feeders). A female worker came in and insisted the feeders could not be sold separately. She would not acknowledge us and was very rude. She continued to interrupt the other employee. While checking out in the other room with a larger man, we informed him that we were picking up bees. Rather than informing us to go outside, he said he had nothing to do with that. The earlier male employee continued trying to help us with the feeders and asked the man a question. The man replied that he could only do one thing at a time and couldn't think about it and that they only sold the feeders with covers (we already have the covers). Between the rude man and woman, we will not be buying from them again.

Great prices. Great inventory. Its nice to be able to get what you need locally and for a decent price. Just order ahead on Saturdays if you're getting frames, boxes, or kits. If you show up when it's quiet, Jerry will talk bees with you all day long.

We purchased a 10 frame hive with a super for our son. When he began putting it together he noticed it had only 9 frames. He called the store and their reply was, \We have found the bees do better with 9 frames.\ That is great, but do not call it a 10 frame , call it a 9 frame. Or sell me the 10 frame AS ADVERTISED along with the recommendation to use only 9 and let me decide. We had plans to do a lot of business here, but I would never do business with these folks again.
