My appointment was 11:05 am. They call me at 11:18 am. I didn’t hear my phone ringing. And they left me a message that they will go with the best decision they have on hands. People play with people’s lives. Do your job or let someone else do it.

I went to see the VA rep there last year, I also live in Henry County. I was the first one there. I parked in the middle of the parking lot. While waiting 3 hours for a 5 minute appointment, a big white truck pulled in the middle of the parking lot next to my truck, I watched from the window as a young black woman jumped out and then the truck pulled to the other side of the parking lot. When I came out to the truck after my appointment, I found a large dent drivers side door where the woman had slung her door open into my door. I called the police, nothing they could do, they told me it happens all the time. No cameras on the entire property. They screwed up my military paperwork up in addition to my truck getting hit, after all is said and done...they cost me a 6 month delay in my benefits and an autoshop bill.
