If I were describe the car buying experience I had with Jim Trumbo, it would be: keep it simple. With the internet, you can buy a car from anywhere and pricing is competitive and transparent. I plan to go back to Jim in the future. I just wanted to sign the paper work and roll. Jim got me through in like 30mins. Hes been honest and made life easy. I bought the car between teams meetings and picked it up the same day.

Great customer service, we test drove an suv and knowing that we weren't exactly going to buy soon they still helped us with choices and what is available. We tried toyota and they totally did not care since we were not buying that day. We did not get to test drive a suv at Toyota clear nearby. Definitely leaning toward Volkswagen on this purchase

It was really nice to return for service on my newly acquired VW Jetta purchased for my grand-daughter. The Service department and technicians were really great. They listened to all my concerns and I was informed how long it would take to complete. Social distancing was accomplished by seating and everyone was wearing face coverings. I do miss the complimentary car washes.

So friendly and helpful. Robert was able to find our car and made the buying process so easy along with his finance manager whose name i cannot remember for the life of me BUT regardless even the other people there were all nice and welcoming made you feel at home and not pushy like some other places. Very satisfied customer!!

Rudy is the best! He sold me my new car and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was honest and didn’t pressure me whatsoever.
