I saw this car on their website and I fell in love. The website did a great job selling the car to be before I even got there. The dealership was very accommodating. I didn’t think I was going to get approved with my lower than average credit score but I was able to get approved and the monthly payment was so reasonable. They even added a warranty for me when the car was labeled “as is”. The only problem I have is the maintenance department has not returned any of my calls for the issue I have been having with it. I called and left messages and no one has returned my call. I plan to take it over and talk with my salesmen to see if they can help expedite my service and maybe this won’t happen again in the future. Other than that, they earned the 5 stars and made me extremely happy with my purchase!!

A great place to take a VW or Audi for service. They are thorough, quick and always explain the service needed. I really like the new video feature with the technician going over inspection items and repairs.

I can't thank Adam Bloom enough for my amazing experience at VW/Audi Reading. Prior to our appointment, I had told him the options that I wanted, and he had a car ready for me to test drive upon arrival. Needless to say the car was exactly what I wanted, and I did end up leaving with it. I came in unsure whether I was buying or leasing, and Adam thoroughly explained both options to me. He pulled up buying and leasing numbers for a number of different trims/years/colors so I really knew every option I had. He was patient with my many questions and made me feel comfortable and HAPPY with my decision. I will definitely be returning to VW/Audi Reading and highly recommend Adam Bloom to everyone.
