My husband and I ordered a sink to ship to the house. It did not come. We received a call it was in so we went to Innovations to pick it up and they then informed us it was in the warehouse in Cheektowaga (30 mins from us). So we then proceeded the run around of obtaining it for our measure tomm. I’m not happy about the lifting, having to obtain it from across town and the lack luster no personality of the entire sales floor. Employees need to do their jobs accurately with positive expression down to the detail, which is why we purchased from here and not a standard off the shelf product at Lowe’s or somewhere else etc. Unsatisfied and annoyed!

Beware: Do not do business with this company. Was helping my elderly parents with remodeling their bathroom. Went to VP Innovations with my mom and was very impressed with their showroom. IT STOPS THERE. We ordered a vanity, bath countertop/sink and the shower ledge. As time was getting close to our contractor starting, my mom called Jessica to find out her countertop was in but chipped. They had to go to the warehouse to inspect and while the chip was indeed there, they had no choice but to accept hoping the back splash would help cover it. Jessica also informed us they could not locate the shower ledge. This is now days before our contractor was starting the work (BTW had to wait months for this contractor) There was no “We are sorry” or “This is what we can help with or suggest” nothing. They left us high and dry. Contractor started. We informed him of this horrible experience, and he took the time to find a shower ledge. The day he did this, I spoke to Jim and low and behold, they found a way to get us the shower ledge. Remodeling is stressful as it is, coordinating and sequencing many things. I am writing this to help others to not add to your stress by doing business with this company. They need to learn how to run a business and they need to learn customer service skills. After dealing with them I am not sure which was worse.

After catching another supplier trying to over charge us we went here and Shelly took great care of us and made sure everything was exactly the way that we wanted it. Great communication and the process was very smooth. Highly recommended.
