I had been looking to upgrade my truck for quite a while now. And it seemed impossible to find the exact truck I was looking for in the price range I needed. I looked online and saw the truck I was interested in and set up an appointment to drive it and check it out. Mike quickly responded and helped set everything up. Not once did I hear the typical “well what do we gotta do for you to take this car home” that we have all heard before. Mostly due to the fact that I was already in love with the truck and made it very clear that I wanted the truck but needed the blessing from the wife. We arranged everything and communication was perfect and what you hope for from a dealership. The only issue was that he was a Broncos fan but we were able to put that aside and make a deal. The sales team to the finance and manager were all great.

I was in the market for a new vehicle, looked at about every dealership from St. Anthony, Pocatello, Burley, Twin Falls and local in Idaho Falls, I'm quite particular of what i needed, most of the dealers would say that's what we have, wouldn't go out of there way to help. Met William at Wackerli GMC, told him what i needed, in two days he called me back, had exactly what i wanted. Gave me a great price on my trade in and on the new one, very pleased with the way i was treated by William and the gang. Definitely would deal with them again. Love my new ride!

Very vindictive owner. We pulled in the parking lot for 5 minutes to grab food safely for our family that was traveling all day. They came and asked us to leave after like a minute or two of being there and we let them know we needed a few minutes. He said that was fine we had 10 minutes and not even 2 minutes later, sent his tow truck driver. We didn’t get towed because we were getting ready to leave before they could and the tow guy left us alone, but that was pretty ridiculous.
