Very professional, knowledgeable and highly recommend! My sister and I have used Waldorf Sew n Vac, going back many years for both vacuum and sewing machine repair. Before moving to SC, I had them look at an old Kenmore machine because it would only straight stitch. I was going to ditch the machine but they were able to get the zigzagging to work at a very reasonable cost. Now I can use the hemming stitch, decorative pattern cams and the buttonholer again and the machine is sewing beautifully! I am thrilled! This shop is great and I am going to miss having the availability of going to them for their expertise, repair and courtesy. Maryland is lucky to have their great service!

I took my Singer sewing machine in for a long overdue routine cleaning...I'm a quilter and see nearly everyday. My machine works so much better. I don't know I put this off so long. The quick turn around was also great. I won't wait so long next time knowing this shop is so good!

I have had a problem over the years with my bobbin case on my Janome 11000SE. I was ready to get rid of the machine after several attempts to have it fixed by other dealers only to have it break down after a a few weeks with the same problem. I finally took it to Sew-N-Vac in Waldorf as a last resort. Thank heaven I did, since their repairman was able to identify the problem, fix it, and my machine has been working for me for several months. I still am careful with the machine and take it nowhere else for service, but I cannot recommend the technician highly enough. I travel 2 hours from my residence to obtain this level of competence, and enjoy the efficiency and graciousness of the store owner also. It is nice when you come across a well-managed place of business.
