Rude woman with black hair on the heavier side attending the front, i didn’t catch her name. The woman was Impolite to my family and that should not be tolerated. I called to make a complaint about our visit that we had to walk out of after 1.5 hours of waiting, plus wait for 6 more patients after that was what she told us. She took my call and only made excuses to justify her incapability to communicate politely with patients. Visit date 12-29-2020 9:19am I do not recommend! No recomiendo este Centro, la mujer atendiendo enfrente fue muy grosera con mi familia, tuvimos que salir despues de esperar 1 hora y media y Todavia a esperar a que atendieran a 6 pacientes mas.
My wife and I both see eye doctors at the Walla Walla Eye Center. Office visits and examinations are done promptly and courteously. We both had successful cataract surgeries and I had my upper eyelids lifted this year, which was successful. We would recommend WWEC to anyone.
I met Dr. Andrew Edwards in Dec. 2018. St. Mary's had sen me to him because of a right eye inflammation and I could not see and in a lot of pain. Dr. Edwards checked my eye and put me on a medicine and by that evening the pain had stopped. Dr. Edwards to SUCH GOOD CARE of me for weeks and was going to operate on my cataracts when the inflammation had been gone for 3 month. I had the surgery for my right eye on April 25, 2019. When I took the bandage off my eye that night I could see every thing! I was so happy and surprised. I could see without glasses. Dr. Edwards just finished operating on my left eye on July 18, 2019. Both surgeries were painless. I had been scared to death to have the 1st surgery. Dr. Edwards was so calming and explained everything in detail and assured me it would be painless and it was. I can now see close up 20/20 in both eyes, when before I had 20/200 in one eye and 20/400 in the other. Since childhood I have had to wear glasses and now can see without glasses. My husband and I can not THANK Dr. Edwards enough for restoring my eyesight. Sincerely Gloria Beiter
Dr. Edwards is awesome! Professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He’s able to get explain in “laymen’s” terms what needs to be done and gives you available options that might be helpful to your eye conditions. Always enthusiastic, friendly and he made me feel secure in the knowledge that I was in great hands for my surgery. Great follow up and care. I highly recommend him!
