Our hot water heater broke, and less than 24 hours later our basement bathroom tub/shower started leaking. My husband and I were stressed to say the least. We both work and have an 11-month old, which means our lives are very busy. Joe Lay & Sons Plumbing came to our rescue and was able to install a new hot water heater and fix the bathroom leak in a short period of time. We got referred through our home warranty due to a main line clog and they called quickly and scheduled within a couple of days since it was a Saturday. They were early for the appointment and even though it required a second visit with a different auger, they were in touch the whole way and solved our problem. I would recommend and definitely use them again. Great company and people.
Excellent service, and made sure to not only correct the problem but take the time to explain the cause and preventative measures to me before leaving. He even went to the store to get matching hardware as they didn’t tell him correctly before arriving to our house. He went above and beyond to make sure our issues were fixed, correctly, and that we were satisfied with the service.
