Good luck getting them to return your call or even record accurate information, I called several times basically hounding them to call me back. after the 3rd attempt they could tell I was not happy with the level of service I had received the secretary called me back and told me that based on the information I had given them (then repeated the information) they didn't believe they could take my case. the information she repeated back to me was completely inaccurate and not at all what I had given them. I'm also questioning the information I received from her because when we had spoken on the phone 15 minutes early no one had looked at my case but by the time she had called back several lawyers and the nurse who was also a lawyer had done extensive research on my case and determined they could not take it... really
