Terrible experience overall. Tons of excuses. They should have told you." "Phil didn't let us know." "Another house flooded so we couldn't make our appointment." Bad quality: Forgot to paint walls. Didn't sand down the touch up mud. Paint colors don't match. Paint left on my tile and sinks. It looked better before the flood. They did not send in a clean crew to clean up their mess. See photos for proof. No pride or accountability. Bad communication: Missed appointments. They would leave and say, "we are done", and run out the door leaving a mess behind. It now been months and they have missed yet another appointment because someone else had a flood. You will have to be proactive about managing your own repair projects because they WILL NOT. I have to keep asking them to come back because its still not done. Highly disappointed and would NOT recommend using them. They do not work well together as a team and it reflects on the quality of service and work you receive.

Our basement flooded in August and we went through our insurance with another disaster cleanup company. 5 days after we replaced the carpet our basement flooded AGAIN!!! Wasatch Disaster Solutions was recommended to us by another happy customer and we were blown away. They came out within hours of us calling. They were professional, kind and immensely helpful. Chad and Phil have been nothing but wonderful. Everything was taken care of in 2 weeks. The first company we used took 2 months to clean it up the first flood. I cannot say enough good things about this team. The are prompt, professional, affordable, easy to work with and we are beyond satisfied with the results. USE THIS TEAM. You will not regret it.
