They used to be a good partner to work with, and I appreciate their detailed soils report. But these days because of plenty works, they become arrogant and cause several absences for DCRA underpinning meetings. In a recent job they refused to provide the monitoring plan as they always did because they are not satisfied being excluded of the structural design. They improved a lot and doing better during pandemic.

I was told this was a small firm with big problems and they were right. No real training, no room for growth, the President believes strongly in cheap labor and long hours. The operation lacks consistency and the business is hanging on by a select few versus investing in effective outsourced training to equip the faithful employees that they do have. There's no real management only favoritism with plenty of under the table cash flow (bonuses). But everything done in the dark will come out to light. This company was built by their reputation and surely they will fall by it.
