Nice facilities. Just make sure you load up some patience when you come. Does get rather crowded.

They have to stop this Please this smoke isn't good for us and our environments. Whenever you drive by this place stink as hell.

I had a lot of stuff to throw away when I went a whole truck bed full. They don’t do it by weight anymore its just a standard fee which was nice only 12!! When I got there I did not realize I should have brought some assistance, but the employees there were so nice!! They are so polite and helpful they helped me haul everything away into the correct areas of disposal. Some of the nicest guys you’ll meet. They were also very professional. I dont know why people give poor ratings the times I have been they have always been so helpful and organized.

Lady at the window wasn't very cheerful but overall it was good.

So many things wrong with this place it's hard to know where to begin: 1) They don't hold to their published hours. They regularly aren't open during posted hours with no warning or reason. 2) They charge to dump waste but are utterly inconsistent in how they do so. If I drive my wife's car they charge one rate. If I drive my truck it costs more. 3) The lines to dump stuff are horrible. A wait of 20min just to get through the line is kind of normal. They regularly take over 2minutes to weigh each vehicle coming through (see screen grab). 4) It literally would often take less time to drive to Cary, use one of their free convenience stations, then drive back.
