I inquired online about photos for a vehicle and within 2 minutes Molly was calling to let me know she was on it. Stephen called 5 minutes after that and was texting photos right away. Stephen was GREAT to work with as was Eric on finalizing the paperwork. They met every request I asked for with no pushback at all. From start to finish, Bryce made everything very easy for us. We researched online and knew what we wanted. We called the dealership and Bryce confirmed availability and took a credit card deposit over the phone immediately to hold the truck. We drove 4 hours to the store and the entire sales and business process took less than 30 minutes, something unheard of in our previous experience. We did, however, have a minor issue with the truck and Bryce stuck by our side and made sure it was taken care of fairly and in a timely manner. I live in Missouri & about 8 hours away from Waterloo Iowa. I was able to work with salesman Ashley Tudor and do photo viewings of both vehicles since I had a trade. I had a very short timeline with my work schedule to be able to put this deal together and make the trip to exchange vehicles and the dealership & my salesman worked very hard to accommodate me for a smooth transaction.
