They unfortunately do not return service very quickly. And I've been with welty for 10 plus years. And sadly this isn't the first time. After numerous calls and texts I've decided to branch out for better service and my insurance bill was literally cut in half. My recommendation is to do your own homework.. better yet go to geico.. rates are awesome. I hope they hire a new bunch motivated ppl to help others.
